Cookie and browser storage notice

1. Current browser storage

CarKhaana currently uses local browser storage to remember vehicle identifiers you save on your device. This is a functional preference, not an account, and it does not follow you to another browser or device. You can remove it by unsaving cars or clearing site data in your browser.

2. Essential technologies

We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, traffic management, consent choices, accessibility preferences, load balancing, and continuity of a requested interaction. These cannot always be disabled through our interface because the service may not operate correctly without them.

3. Analytics and performance

If introduced, optional analytics will help us understand aggregated marketplace use, such as page performance, search success, and navigation problems. Where applicable, we will request or record the required choice before activating non-essential analytics.

4. Advertising

The current marketplace does not use third-party behavioural advertising cookies. If this changes, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before such technology is activated where required.

5. Your controls

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings. Blocking essential technology may affect site operation, and clearing local storage removes saved cars on that device. Browser “do not track” signals are not implemented consistently across the industry; we will document any supported signal here.
